Exhaust and Muffler

Exhaust and Muffler
Here is a rundown of your exhaust system. When the cylinder head of your engine captures exhaust gases, they are sent through the exhaust manifold and eventually an opening known as the front pipe. At that point, the catalytic converter filters out toxic components (carbon monoxide and hydrogen monoxide), which are neutralized and then move into a muffler or silencer. Then, the gases exit out of the tail pipe.
When any part of the exhaust system becomes corroded, toxic elements can entire into the cabin of the vehicle and potentially harm whomever is present. The primary symptom of an exhaust issue include rattling and loud rumbling which resembles a roar. If you notice these, please bring your vehicle in as soon as possible.
